Jan. 10 - The Swift Current Broncos have announced that they have traded 17-year-old goaltender Ian Curtis to the Prince George Cougars for 19-year-old defensemen Jesse Dudas and forward prospect Catlin Foley.

Broncos, Warriors & Raiders Team Up for Goals for Education

Dec 3 - The Swift Current Broncos are proud to announce that they have joined forces with the Prince Albert Raiders and the Moose Jaw Warriors for the 4th Annual Goals for Education Lottery.

The Goals for Education Lottery raises money for each club’s Scholarship Fund.  Each year the Broncos provide educational assistance to current and graduated players as part of the Western Hockey League’s Scholarship Fund.  For each year that a player plays in Swift Current, he receives one year of tuition and books at a post-secondary institution of his choice.  The Western Hockey League’s scholarship program is the most flexible sports scholarship in North America.  This year, the Broncos Hockey Club will spend approximately $80,000.00 on scholarships for current and graduated players.

Doyle Named Boston Pizza 'Fan's Choice' WHL Player of the week

Nov 23 - CALGARY, AB. - The BOSTON PIZZA ‘Fan’s Choice’ WHL Player of the Week, as voted on by WHL fans, is defenseman Eric Doyle of the Swift Current Broncos. Doyle netted four goals and was plus two in the two games played, during the week of November 12th through to November 18th, helping the Broncos to a 2-0 record in that span.

Moose Jaw Pizza Hut Fan Bus Cancelled

Nov 21 - The Swift Current Broncos have announced that the Pizza Hut Fan Bus, which was planned to travel to Moose Jaw, November 24thhas been cancelled. The minimum required number of 30 people did not sign up for the bus. The next scheduled date for the Fan Bus is January 12th when it will travel to Regina.

Nov 1 - The Swift Current Broncos second Pizza Hut Fan Bus of the season is heading to Sasktoon to watch the Broncos battle the Blades on Saturday, November 10th.
 
For just $55 fans will receive a ticket to the game, transportation to and from the game courtesy of Excel Bus Lines, pizza courtesy of Pizza Hut and the chance to win great Broncos prizes.
 
The bus will depart from the Broncos Office (Pratt Building #4 by pass) at 2:45pm on Saturday and return immediately following the game.

MAR 22 - The Swift Current Broncos announced today that the team’s offices and souvenir store will be closed at 4:00pm on Friday afternoon rather than the regular business closing time of 5:00pm.  Regular office hours will resume on Monday, March 26th at 9:00am.

Saturday Fan Bus Cancelled

MAR 22 - The Swift Current Broncos announced today that the Saturday night Pizza Hut Fan Bus to Regina, along with the Friday night bus, have both been cancelled.  Those who signed up and pre-paid will receive a refund.  Tickets to both games on the weekend in Regina are still available and can be reserved before Friday at noon by calling the Broncos Ticket Office.

Corporate Challenge Gains Momentum
