Broncos Release Magnus

Swift Current Bronco General Manager and Head Coach, Mark Lamb, announced that overage forward Christian Magnus has been released from the club.

Magnus was acquired from the Kootenay Ice in January 2011 as part of the Cody Eakin deal.  The 5’11”, 184-pound product of Saskatoon, SK made three pre-season appearances with the club tallying two assists.  Last season, he recorded a career-high 24 points (12-12-24) in 62 games played with the Broncos.
